Every Certified Pre-owned FONZ goes through our reconditioning process to make sure it meets our quality and performance standards before it reaches its next rider.

Our technicians carry out a comprehensive inspection and service, address wear, and replace or upgrade components where required. That can mean refreshing electronics, replacing worn parts or installing updated technology.

Every Certified Pre-owned FONZ is:

  • Professionally reconditioned by our technicians

  • Powerpack health checked, including battery diagnostics and cell cycling
  • Prepared and tested to meet our quality standards

Powerpack health check

Battery checked and balanced.

Each vehicle gets a Powerpack health check to assess battery condition and performance. We run battery diagnostics and performance testing, and cycle the cells to help balance them and optimise performance.

If a Powerpack is at or near the end of its life, we replace it before the vehicle is sold and responsibly recycle the old one.

What does FONZ Certified Pre-owned mean?

A Certified Pre-owned FONZ isn't sold as-is. Our technicians recondition, service and quality check every vehicle, inspect key mechanical and electrical components, and health check the Powerpack before it's offered for sale. Every one is backed by a minimum 3-month warranty.

What's done when you recondition a FONZ?

Our technicians inspect and service each vehicle, address wear, and replace or upgrade components where needed. If a Powerpack is at or near the end of its life, we replace it and responsibly recycle the old one.
