FONZ warrants that your vehicle charger will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this period, FONZ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the charger if a defect arises under normal use and maintenance.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our 12-month warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, consumers are automatically entitled to guarantees that the charger:

• Is of acceptable quality, safe, durable, and free from defects.

• Is fit for its intended purpose and matches any description provided.

• Comes with repair, spare parts, and support for a reasonable period.

If a charger fails and it is reasonable to expect it to last longer than 12 months, you may still be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, even after the warranty period has expired.
